My name is Kent.
Sometimes I need a space to escape and to share my thought with the world.
I love music, so expect a lot of it to be displayed here, hence the name of the blog.
If the name still doesn't make sense, it's probably because you didn't take an undergrad in physics.
I hope you like what you find, and you're welcome here any time.

Album Recommendation - M83 “Hurry Up, We’re Dreaming”

I just picked up this album while Christmas shopping, and it is quite bizarre, but the perfect background music that you can also listen to on an attentive level. The band is called M83, they’re from France, and they make the music dreams are made of. And when I say dreams, I don’t mean “One day I dream to be a rock star.” I mean that stuff that happens to you when you go to sleep and enter a world that doesn’t make any sense except while you’re there. Which is probably why the album (or should I say DOUBLE ALBUM) is called “Hurry Up, We’re Dreaming.” I also was listening to their previous album “Saturdays = Youth” while reading the Sandman Graphic Novel Series. Great music to get reading done, and it was the perfect soundtrack for a series about, well, dreams. So, I recommend the band, the album, the graphic novel series, and getting some sleep and having dreams of your own.
